Everyone knows chocolate has fat in it. Do 5th Avenue Chocolatiere’s delicious treats contain the good fat or bad?
5th Avenue Chocolatiere uses all natural ingredients. There are no saturated fats or hydrogenated oils and trans fats in our chocolates. That’s good!

What is the shelf life for your chocolates?
For the ideal taste sensation, we recommend eating your chocolates within 14 days of receiving them. It is also advisable to keep your chocolates stored at room temperature.

Do the chocolates contain nuts?
Some of our products contain nuts. Because nuts are used in the same area where we make our chocolate, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are entirely free of trace amounts of nuts.

Does chocolate have caffeine?
Yes, chocolate contains small amounts of caffeine in the cocoa powder. One ounce of dark chocolate has about 20 milligrams of caffeine, or 0.07% by weight. One ounce of milk chocolate has about 6 milligrams of caffeine, or 0.02% by weight. As a way of comparing, a 5-ounce cup of coffee has 47-164 milligrams of caffeine.
